PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive, psychological energy method from EE.UU. developed by Robert Williams in the late 1980s. This method allows you to change negative thoughts (limiting or disempowering) at a subconscious level with positive (empowering) ones.

The conscious (or creative) mind processes 40 bits per second, while its subconscious (or habitual) counterpart processes 40 million bits per second. That is why it is so important that both minds are aligned to achieve the same goal.

Now, when the subconscious mind is programmed with disempowering thoughts, a conflict occurs between both minds, which can prevent the person from realizing their conscious goals of happiness. In other words, the person is boycotting himself and, as a result, finds himself “trapped” within a vicious cycle of unhappiness. Hence the importance of the two minds (conscious and subconscious) communicating efficiently and working in unison to achieve your health, money and love goals in an easy and fast way.

The PSYCH-K® method uses muscle testing (in person) to establish communication with the subconscious mind of the partner (client). In this way, the facilitator (person who facilitates the method) can find out what limiting thoughts the partner has programmed at a subconscious level, in order to change them through what are called “balances.” A balance is a PSYCH-K® process in which both cerebral hemispheres are balanced so that they can communicate effectively and efficiently and, consequently, change can occur.

The PSYCH-K® facilitator can also carry out the balances remotely, that is, at a distance, through what is known as a Subrogation Balance.

MAIN BALANCES

Surrogate BalancingAllows the facilitator to perform the PSYCH-K® with someone (person, animal or thing) who cannot participate directly, for example, someone not physically “present”, physically incapacitated, minors, pets, etc. During this balance, a connection is created between the superconscious minds of, for example, the partner and the facilitator. In this way, the facilitator can carry out other PSYCH-K® balances in the physical absence of the partner.

Core Belief Balance: It consists of 13 pairs of essential beliefs, which are basic and vital in the life of any person. These beliefs are related to topics such as self-love, forgiveness, etc. This balance is used in conjunction with the Energy Focusing.

Energy Focusing: Allows you to focus healing energy towards a point of belief to change limiting beliefs quickly and easily.

Life Bonding Balance: Focuses on the trauma of birth and the fear of “death,” which are two powerful aspects of human existence. During this balance, breathing is used to transform the stress associated with your experience of birth and your perception of “death.”

Relationship Balance: Designed to identify and transform the problems that two people are having or the person themselves. It can be used by couples, friends or any other relationship.

Rapport Balance: Allows the person to learn to communicate with another person (or others) in a comfortable and honest way. This allows you to improve the interactions you have with other people.

NOTE: Before performing a PSYCH-K® assessment, the facilitator always asks permission from the partner’s superconscious. If permission is received, we proceed with the balance and, therefore, with the change of the limiting (or negative) belief in an empowering (positive) one.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

1. What is the PSYCH-K® Method?

It is a US psychological energy method (non-invasive) of reprogramming limiting (negative) thoughts or beliefs on a subconscious level into empowering (positive) ones.

2. What is the importance of the conscious and subconscious minds?

While the conscious mind is the creative mind, that is, it expresses what the person wants to be or achieve in their life, the subconscious mind is the habitual mind.

Specifically, the subconscious mind becomes “programmed” very quickly during the first 7-8 years of any person’s life. And those programs (positive or negative) that have been “recorded” at a subconscious level will be reproduced repetitively (as if they were operating on autopilot) during adolescence and adulthood unless they are changed by others.

For example, if a child imprinted, at a subconscious level, the limiting thought that money is “bad”, even if he works hard throughout his adult life to earn money, it will be difficult for him to earn or retain it because there is a conflict between his subconscious and conscious minds.

3. Why is it a good idea to reprogram those limiting thoughts or beliefs at a subconscious level?

Because we want both minds (conscious and subconscious) to work in unison, that is, to collaborate like two good friends to be able to achieve our conscious goals and objectives regarding health, money or love in an easy and fast way.

4. What does the facilitator use the Surrogate Balancing for?

The Surrogate Balancing allows the PSYCH-K® facilitator to facilitate remote balances when the partner is not present, that is, lives elsewhere, but also when it is not a person, for example, a pet, or even when it is a person who is no longer on the “physical plane.”

5. Why do you only offer the Core Belief Balance and the Life Bonding Balance in the packages?

There are several types of balances and although most people want to change things in their lives at a higher level, in my experience, they usually have limiting beliefs at an essential level, such as self-love and forgiveness.

Let me give you an example, if you are going to build a house, it is important that the foundation is well made to avoid costly future repairs and even structural collapse. There is little point in having a fantastic roof if the house is sinking later.

It is for this reason that I prefer to make sure the person’s “foundation” is firm before starting the roof. Furthermore, those other things that we want to change in our lives are usually connected to those essential issues. This is like a spider web, everything is interconnected. So, when a basic issue is reprogrammed (balanced), many times those other issues are also reprogrammed automatically or spontaneously.

6. What does the 5 sentences and/or stress situations mean?

As I said in the previous answer, once the foundation is well built, that is, those essential themes are balanced (or aligned) at a subconscious level with the conscious one, then it can be assessed that other negative thoughts or beliefs are boycotting person’s life.

In this case, the facilitator and the partner (client) would assess which thoughts need to be balanced, which is done in the form of phrases or feelings. The balance of these phrases or feelings can be done with one of these balances or with others, such as the New Direction Balance and the Resolution Balance.

7. What do you mean by “One Follow-Up”?

Each person is different, there are people who notice the changes produced, as a result of the balance, in a few hours, while others take days. The facilitator will ask the partner, if they wish, to notify them how they feel after a few days to see if any other beliefs need to be balanced or reprogrammed or if everything that needed to be balanced has already been done in that initial session.

8. Can I request, for example, the Relationship Balance?

The Self-Relationship Balance can also be done remotely. If you are interested, let me know.

9. How can I contact you to request a PSYCH-K® session or to resolve my questions?

You just need to fill out the contact form or send me an email to contact@andreadiez.com.
