Welcome to the third and last part of “Let’s Move on.” Before going deeper into today’s post, let us do a quick review of the first two steps. We started by talking about how you could be trapped inside “the wheel of negative emotions.” Aside from enjoying the little things in your life, you have to figure out what your real happiness looks like. When you are clear about the type of person you want to become and the things you want to do or achieve, you can start to move forward. Next, in step 2, you have made a list of specific and present-tense affirmative statements about the things you are looking to be or to have. If you have a goal which you believe it is too difficult for you to achieve, you can split it. Let me give you an example. Let us say that you cannot sleep well at night, so you usually sleep only three hours straight. Your sentence could be: “I sleep 4 hours straight every night.” After you have achieved that goal, you can make a new one saying something like: “I sleep 5 hours straight every night” and so on.

In this third part of “Let’s Move on,” we are going to start changing those limiting beliefs which are stopping you from living the life of your dreams. I would like you to take your two lists and repeat those statements aloud every single day, at least twice a day, one in the morning after you wake up and another one before going to sleep. If you have about 3 sentences, you could repeat them for 5-10 minutes. The longer you repeat them, the better, so you can use as much time as you would like to. Also, it is important you feel relaxed when you repeat them. If you do not feel relaxed, take a few minutes to get into the right mindset before starting. You can just sit on the couch or lay in bed with your eyes open or close until you feel ready to start. When you repeat those statements, you need to feel the happiness of having achieved them, like if it was already a reality in your life. Imagine yourself being like that and living that type of life. You are going to do this for the next 3-month. I call this the  THREE MONTHS CHALLENGE!

You can do a single challenge with mixed sentences for health, wealth, and love, or do one challenge for each one of these three pillars of happiness. Do whatever works best for you. It is your choice! See you in the next post.
